Meetings

Morning meetings:   Our chapter meets in person, every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, 10am-12pm, at the Aiken County Historical Museum. The museum is located at 433 Newberry St SW in Aiken, SC. We also have a video conference/zoom option for any who can't make the meetings in person. Just let us know by emailing  egaaiken@gmail.com.  The 1st Monday is our casual stitch-in meeting where we bring projects to work on and chat. 

The 3rd Monday of the month is our business meeting where we’ll review both old and new information, then participate in the assigned educational program for that month. There will also be a show and tell session, so bring your current projects to share with the group.

Evening meetings:    Can't make it to our daytime meetings? We're bringing back our Twilight Stitchers meetings! Currently, we meet at a member's home in South Aiken, every 3rd Thursday of the month, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Check our main page or calendar for those dates. Email us for the exact address. This meeting will be exactly like our morning business meeting with all announcements, educational programs and stitchy time.  

Stitch in public:     Always on the 4th Saturday of the month at either Lowe's Foods (2940 Whiskey Rd) or Panera (1953 Whiskey Rd) in Aiken. Bring your current project for a casual stitch. We'd love to see what you're working on! You don't have to be a member of the EGA to join us for this event.
